Salutations, ladies and gentlemen! Welcome to the Rampant Fronting recruitment forum, where all of your dreams can become reality!

We're not a strict, overly pretentious guild. We're progressing in Hyjal(4/5)/BT, and we want to fill in a few empty spaces for upcoming raids! This is a casual raiding guild. When we schedule something, we expect you to show up for it, but this is not a guild that will be doing raids every single day.

What we're looking for are high-quality, mature players. The only real pre-requisites to joining Rampant Fronting are knowing how to play your class and having a good sense of humor.

Keep in mind, we are a mature guild when we need to be. Our average guild member is around 22-25 years old, which skews a little bit above the usual high school and college kids you'll find in a lot of guilds. We do regularly act like idiots and type in full caps or make childish jokes like many people do, but any potential RF member should be able to see past that to see how intelligent and reasonable we are during raids.

After you put in your application, guild officers will talk over whether to invite you or not. If we choose to welcome you to the guild, we will send you an in-game whisper, mail or invite within the week. If we reject you, don't take it personally. We may just currently be full of your particular class, or we may feel that you don't fit in with our guild even if you are a good person. If you're rejected, we will still keep your application to possibly invite you down the line at some time if you are still unguilded.

When invited, you will be a member of the guild on a trial basis. We'll just spend a few weeks getting to know you. Don't bug members too much for help, but please use this time to talk to us and get to know us!

Important: While you are an Initiate, you will not allowed to roll on epic boss drops, quest items, or profession items in raid instances. You will only be able to roll on blue armor/weapons or less. However, should an epic be passed by every full-time member, we will gladly let you have it.

You are not priority for invites to any instances until we promote you to a full-time member. You will be promoted when the guild feels that you are a trustworthy member that won't ditch for other guilds, ninja, or act like a douche. Once you are a full-time member, you are on equal priority with everyone else for anything. If we feel that you are not Rampant Fronting material during your trial, we may ask you to leave the guild, or we may keep you as an Initiate for longer to see if you eventually shape up.

We are very laid back and informal pretty much all the time (except when we're doing raids), and in order for our guild to keep that sort of charm, we're very strict in regards to anyone that is overly whiny, greedy, or regularly ruins guild chat in any way. You will always be warned by an Officer via whisper if you're doing poorly in regards to your attitude towards the guild. After that, further infractions may result in further whispers or an immediate removal from the guild with or without warning. In extreme cases of crybaby attitudes and loot whoring, Officers will all group up and /roll to see who gets a chance to boot you. We will have fun at your expense if you're a douchebag, so please don't test us.

You need to be speced for the job that we recruited you to do. If we recruited you as a ret pally to DPS, then by all means, but if we recruited you as a holy pally to heal, we expect you to be holy, and heal, during our raids. You can do whatever you want on your own time, obviously. We are mainly looking for players who are done Karazhan, and a little T5 content doesn't hurt. If you can look at your gear and say to yourself, there are only a few more things I need from Kara, then your gear is probably of the quality that we are looking for.

Keep in mind that you will not be priority for Hyjal/BT until we promote you to a full-time member, although you will be invited to come if there is an open spot for your class. We're very laid back about heroics, and you will see that our raids can be very fun if you're good friends with our guild. Do not stress us out over invites or priority rules, as you will be booted immediately. Do not make guild chat a chore to read, just be cool. A combination of senority, prior attendance, raid composition needs, and gear concerns will be used by raid leaders to handle invites.

The mod GroupCalendar is a non-negotiable addon required for raiding with Rampant Fronting.

1) Tell us a little bit about yourself
2) Basic character info - Name, class, spec, a little about your gear- of course we will armory you for more info, but just go over your basic philosophy for how you tend to play
3) Why you want to join - What kinds of activities do you enjoy the most as far as the game? Hopefully raiding is one of them.
4) A name of a previous guild that we can go to as a reference, as well as the reason why you left or were booted from the guild.
5) Your availability. What days of the week do you usually play, and how late do you stay on? Do you have to go AFK in the evenings? How many hours per week do you usually play? We raid on Monday and Wednesday from 7PM-11PM. If you can consistently make these days, you are good to go. If not, I'm sorry but we'll have to pass on your application.
